TechXaro is a digital agency offering AI development, web design and development, web and mobile app development, ecommerce solutions, SEO and digital marketing, branding and creative design, and website support and maintenance.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. If you buy on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that business.
Each project begins with a proposal, quote, or invoice that states the deliverables, price, and estimated timeline. That document defines the scope of work. Work outside it is a separate request, and we will quote it before starting.
Timelines are estimates and depend on you providing content, feedback, access credentials, and approvals on time. Delays in your input extend the delivery date.
All payments are final and non-refundable, except accidental duplicate payments. Full details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate information, supply content and access credentials when requested, and give feedback promptly. You confirm that you own or are licensed to use all materials you provide, and you are responsible for their accuracy and for the security of your account passwords.
Your proposal states the number of revision rounds included. After you approve a deliverable, or the revision limit is reached, further changes are treated as new work and may be charged. If you do not respond to a delivery or request for feedback within 14 days, we will treat the deliverable as accepted.
Unless you notify us in writing otherwise, we may display finished work and your company name and logo in our portfolio.
We cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or return on ad spend. Search engines, ad platforms, and social networks change their rules without notice, and outcomes depend on factors outside our control. Ad spend paid to Google, Meta, or other platforms is separate from our fees, goes directly to the platform, and is not refundable by us. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of third party services we link to or work with.
You agree not to use our website or services to violate any law, distribute malware or spam, infringe anyone’s rights, publish false or abusive content, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or copy, resell, or reverse engineer our tools or materials without written permission. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these rules.
Each party agrees to keep the other’s confidential business information private and to use it only for the project. This does not apply to information that is public, was lawfully obtained from another source, or must be disclosed by law.
Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
TechXaro and its directors, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim arose.
You agree to defend and hold TechXaro harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your misuse of our services, or your breach of these Terms.
You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or end your access, or terminate a project, if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or create legal or security risk. If a project ends early, you owe payment for work completed to that date. Fees already paid are governed by our Refund Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Please contact us first if a dispute arises. If it cannot be resolved informally, the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time and will revise the “Last updated” date when we do. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
